Abraham's Faith

Abraham's Faith

Singers rehearse songs, lawyers practice law. As a child of God, what do you practice? Which is more likely to you, doubt or faith? Faith is the very message the Lord entrusted me to deliver to the body of Christ, thus I am not an alien to faith.

The study of faith in school should have been made mandatory. It's unfortunate that you can't count on a carnal man to do the right things. It's like our salvation, saving faith is a requirement. For us to pray to God and have our prayers answered, we need faith. Abraham's example of faith is one that everyone who wants to live by faith must follow.

Abraham had a strong faith because he believed that God is infallible. That is precisely how we should approach faith. A thorough grasp of how to live and walk by faith is essential for both our spiritual and physical well-being. Abraham might have said, "Lord, I know you have a history of calling things into place even when they never were," what a great faith, that.

God's history of calling things to be true that never were, and all of those things happened is first mentioned in Romans 4:17. Although, this is a quote from Genesis 1:3 in which God said, "Let there be light," and light appeared. No More Delays!

That was the foundation of Abraham's faith in God. His faith caused the unthinkable to become feasible, despite the fact that it had never happened that way before. The cornerstone of faith is God's written wordHearing God's word produces faith. Romans 4:17; (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. About Us

Paul wants us to understand that having faith does not necessarily mean accepting ideas that are simple to accept. It entails holding onto God even when it seems as though what we are believing God for is out of our reach. And just like Abraham, when you and I have confidence in God, God can work amazing miracles in our lives. Support Us

Here Are Some Take Aways For You:

1) "Quickeneth the dead" refers to God's power to bring life to the dead. What had died in your life is irrelevant, there is hope for you as you wait for your miracle in faith. (Romans 4:19); And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about a hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb:

As you can see from the verse above, Abraham had such trust that he didn't even consider himself as an old man or incapable of being a father. His wife Sarah was far past menopause, yet he remained in faith.

2)"Calleth those things which be not as though they were" refers to God's ability to make things that are hopeless to become an inspiration. The book of Romans chapter four verse seventeen is a powerful reminder of the power of faith. My message to you is that God is able, regardless of how impossible things may seem right now.

Abraham's style of faith is similar in this regard. Your spirit, soul, and body should be free to respond to the situation with faith and without hesitation.

I pray that God will grant you more understanding than what is contained in this writing In Jesus name, Amen. Contact Us
